Description:
Binani Assembled Rovings are manufactured by winding continous, unidirectional, untwisted filament strand of "E" glass Chrome-free Silane sized cylindrical packages. These rovings are suitable for pultrusion / filament winding processess.
Properties:

- Fast resin impregnation rate.
- Good abrasion resistance.
- Even tension,low caternary.
- Compatible to Polyester / Phenolic / Epoxy resins (To be specified by customers).

Packaging:
- Cheese per pallet: 48 full packages minumum, additional partial cheese permitted.
- Each cheese is shrink wrapped. Pallets are stretch wrap protected.
- Pallet dimensions are 110cm. x 110cm.
Storage:
- Recommended storage conditions:
- Temperature 40°C max.
- Relative Humidity 75% max.
- To avoid moisture condensation, store packages for 24 hours under workshop conditions, before use.
- Avoid damage to package and avoid sliding the packages across rough surfaces, to prevent fibre damage which results in fuzz formation.
